About Yvonne
Born and raised in Canada, Yvonne moved to the U.S in 2001 when her husband was re-located to Colorado. In 2006 they were given an opportunity to live anywhere they wanted in the U.S and after some research, settled on Chapel Hill North Carolina, an area repeatedly ranked as one of the best places to live in the U.S. Having moved around herself, Yvonne particularly enjoys helping out-of-state clients relocate to the area. Yvonne currently lives in the Chapel Hill area with her husband and two teenage daughters. She truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current transactions, the local market, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
