February Events Around Chatham County

As the shortest month of the year, February is easy to take for granted. Look a little closer, though, and you’ll find that February is, in fact, an excellent time to embrace the local community. Resist the urge to hibernate in the final fews days of winter and instead challenge yourself to get out and about to these upcoming Chatham events:

Feb. 11-12

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, treat yourself to something sweet at Starrlight Mead! Wine made from honey is incredibly delicious – you’ve got to try it if you haven’t done so already. The upcoming Mead and Chocolate Pairing event at Starrlight Mead is the perfect opportunity to sample a variety of herb-infused wines and confections. Bring your Valentine for an early celebration, or gather up your girlfriends for a Galentine’s celebration.

Craving a little creativity? This weekend’s Brunch and Brushes event is sure to delight. Dine on a delicious, Caribbean-inspired brunch before enjoying a fun painting class with a fantastic artist. Is there any better way to spend a Sunday than eating, sipping, and painting? We think not! All art supplies are included with the purchase of a ticket.
